I Would Like To Add An Aux Input To A 1999 GMC Safari..
hello all..
i would like to tap into the wiring between the radio and the cd player, and install an aux connector so that i might plug an mp3 player in at some
point.
the radio and the cd player are separate units and are both made by delco / delphi.
the people there were real nice and emailed me a pinout for the wiring that connected the two units.

drop the menu down and click on the bottom choice which is wiring diagrams.
just read and follow the instructions.
below (hopefully, lol) is a picture of the pinout and where i would like to put the switch.
i would like to know if there is anything else that needs to be done, or is it just a matter of installing the switch and the 1/8 inch stereo jack
that i picked up as well..
